What is covered
Mattress • Body impressions greater than 1 1/2" • Coils or wire that are loose, broken, or protruding through the mattress fabric.
Boxspring • Splitting of the wood frame, broken or defective coils.
What is not covered
• Normal body impressions up to 1 1/2” (limited body impressions are caused by the upholstery materials compressions and are normal characteristics of premium bedding) • Damage caused by bending or incorrectly moving the sleep set.
• Bed handles and cover fabrics.
• Comfort level/preference. • Bed height. • Damage to the mattress due to an incorrect or old boxspring/foundation.
• Structural damage caused by an incorrect bed frame. • Sheet fit • Improvement in health or sleep • Transportation cost
ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WHICH BEGINS WITH THE DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE CONSUMER. THE SERVICE TERMS STATED IN THE WARRANTY SHALL BE THE CONSUMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF PRODUCT FAILURE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. SPINE ALIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, OR FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.
Spine Align does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person’s medical condition. Spine Align makes no warranty beyond what is contained in writing. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last, so this limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Spine Align does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this warranty.
60 Day Comfort Guarantee
We realize that it may take a little while to get used to the feel of your new mattress. So if you do not love your new mattress after 30 days we will gladly adjust it. Just sleep on you mattress for at least 30 days and let us know before 60 days. If you need to make an adjustment, you will only be responsible transportation fees.
We recommend the use of a protective cover on all mattresses to protect against spills and accidents. While this is not a condition of our warranty, we do reserve the right to refuse any warranty claims due to excessive stains on the mattress. Please be aware the the use of some mattress pads or protectors may slightly change the feel of your mattress.
There are no refunds on pillows, mattress pads, protectors, toppers or sheets.
